Cleanseed Natural Skincare is happy to offer store credit on the return of products within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be given on used products. To initiate a return, email contact@cleanseedskincare.com with your order # and your name and we can get the process started.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange an item if it has been within 30 days of the original purchase. To exchange the item, we ask that you follow the steps for the return listed above and then re-purchase the item that you want.
